At Maryvale Academy, the spiritual life of our students is at the heart of their education. Each school day includes a visit to the chapel, where students grow in the habit of prayer and learn to place their day in God’s hands. Weekly opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the celebration of Holy Mass further nurture their faith, helping them to encounter Christ in a personal way and deepen their relationship with Him. These regular practices root our students in the life of the Church and guide them to live joyfully as faithful disciples.

At Maryvale Academy, we believe in fostering both the mind and the body through a wide variety of intramurals, tournaments, and competitions. Students have many opportunities throughout the year to test their skills and grow in confidence — from track and field events that challenge their athleticism, to public speaking competitions and speech & drama presentations that help sharpen their voice and presence. Whether on the playing field or in front of an audience, our students are encouraged to strive for excellence, sportsmanship, and creativity. Volunteer Hours
As part of our vibrant school community, parents commit a minimum of 30 volunteer hours per school year to assist in a variety of ways including school community events, extracurricular activities, fundraising events and field trips.
